Welcome to Portland Parks Golf: Your Guide to the Best Courses in the City
If you’re looking for the perfect place to tee off in Portland, you’ve come to the right place. Heron Lakes Golf Club, Colwood Golf Center, Rose City Golf Course, and Eastmoreland Golf Course offer a range of unique experiences for golfers of all levels. Each course is equipped with a pro shop, great greens, and food/beverage options. Here’s what you need to know to plan your visit.
Heron Lakes Golf Club
Are you looking for a challenge? Heron Lakes Golf Club is located in North Portland. Golfers of all ability levels will be challenged by the course’s two 18-hole layouts. With more than 80 bunkers and water hazards on almost every hole, the Great Blue course is regarded as one of our more challenging courses. The Greenback course, is a parkland-style layout with large raised greens, tree-lined fairways, and a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountains.
Driving Range – 7 AM – 5 PM
*Monday closes two hours early, opens two hours late on Tuesday for maintenance.
Golf course – 7 AM – 5 PM
Bar & Grill – Open every day, 7 AM – 5 PM
Colwood Golf Center
Are you looking for a more relaxed golfing environment? The Colwood Golf Center is the ideal location for a short round of golf or swing practice. Our 9-hole course is perfect for both new and experienced players due to its wide-open fairways. In addition, we have a large driving range, a free putting/chipping green, and low cost practice, Alderwood.
Driving range – 7 AM – 8 PM

Golf Course – 7:30 AM – 5 PM
Cully’s Corner – Closed for the season. Will reopen spring 2024.
Rose City Golf Course
Are you looking for a more family-friendly environment? Rose City Golf Course, is one of Portland’s most well-known attractions, it offers a difficult 18-hole course that has been in existence for a century. The layout has fairways that are bordered by trees, hidden bunkers, and on a clear day, views of Mt Hood. Rose City Golf Course is also an ideal location for a day to sit and relax with friends/family at the neighborhood restaurant.
Golf course – 7 AM–5 PM
Rose City Grill – Open everyday: 7 AM – 7 PM
Eastmoreland Golf Course
Eastmoreland Golf Course is a traditional 18-hole course located in Southeast Portland and has been a long-time local favorite. The course has a range of holes that will put your accuracy skills to the test, as well as scenic views of Crystal Springs Lake, the Rhododendron Gardens, and Johnson Creek. Eastmoreland also has a convenient covered driving range and great dining options at the neighborhood restaurant. A perfect place for golfers of all abilities.

Bar & Grill – Open 7 days a week from – 7AM – 7PM
